Agape FaithWorks Spring Formal 2024

Join us for a festive DISCO celebration!!!

Who:  Middle and High School students aged 13 (by May 2nd) through 18, and Alumni. Each Agape FaithWorks member may invite up to three paying guests.

When: Thursday, May 2, 2024

Time:  6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Where:  618 Restaurant 618 Park Avenue Freehold NJ 07728 

Ticket Pricing:  

Ticket price includes appetizers, dinner, unlimited soda/juice/water, and dessert.

Sign up and pay in full on or before 3/1/2024: $85.00 for Agape FaithWorks members; and  $90.00 for non-members

Sign up and pay after 3/2/2024- but no later than 3/31/2024 when registration closes.   $90.00 for Agape FaithWorks members; and  $95.00 for non-members

Sign up and pay by the deadline is 3/31/2024 and tickets are nonrefundable

The form MUST be read and agreed to by both parent and student(s) and a digital form on file for each attendee

Payment can be made in one of two ways:  

    •    Using PayPal when signing up

    •   Check mailed to Martha Rodriguez at 665 Toms River Road - Jackson, NJ 08527. (Must be received by June 1st) If paying by check please make your check payable to "Agape FaithWorks" with "Spring Formal" written in the memo.
